We scan commercial rooftops by postal code (PLZ) through a pipeline of OpenStreetMap, the German market master data registry (MaStR), PVGIS, the Google Solar API and Gemini Vision — and dispatch personalised physical letters on the installer's behalf through Deutsche Post E-POST. Warm leads are handed off exclusively to a single partner installer per region.

Through a five-stage data pipeline: OpenStreetMap provides the building inventory, the market master data registry (MaStR) filters out buildings with existing PV systems, PVGIS supplies solar-irradiance values, Gemini Vision inspects satellite imagery for existing modules, and the Google Solar API computes usable roof potential. The result is a ranked list of buildings without PV.
